We need 72 hours’ notice so we can prepare the night. Last-minute dates aren’t available on the site — pick a night at least 72 hours out, up to two months ahead.

For our base 15-foot screen, we recommend at least 20 feet of width, 25–30 feet of viewing distance, and a standard power outlet within 100 feet. No outlet nearby? Add portable power for $100 when you book.

We’re based in Buda and book outdoor movie nights across Hays County and nearby Central Texas. That often includes Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Austin, San Marcos, New Braunfels. Outside that usual range, you can still request a custom quote. See our service area.

Enter your address when you book. If you’re outside the area we typically cover, we’ll keep your details and follow up within 24 hours with a custom quote instead of taking a deposit online.

If rain, lightning, or high winds make the event unsafe, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost and stay in touch as the forecast develops. If we can’t agree on a new date, you’ll get a full refund. See our weather policy.

On backyard nights we normally complete setup before showtime and return for takedown. An on-site AV technician is $225 if you’d like support throughout the event — choose that when you book. Community and corporate nights already include a technician on site. See what that means for the gear.
