Just what we need to show up.
Privacy
Policy.
We collect what we need to book your night, take payment, and show up at the right address. We don’t sell it, and we don’t run ads off it.
What we collect
When you request a quote or book a night, you give us the details we need to run it. You don’t create an account to book. If you write us by email, we keep that thread so we can help.
- Name, email, and phone
- Event address
- Date, event type, guest count, and — for community or corporate nights — the organization name
- Optional add-ons, how you heard about us, and any notes you type in
What we look up
Address suggestions while you type come from Google. To see whether we can reach you, we look up drive time from our shop.
We may also look up publicly available information about the event address — like property type or lot size — so we can quote and plan setup. That stays with the booking.
How we use it
We use this to run the night you asked for:
- Confirm the date, take the deposit, and charge the remaining balance
- Email receipts, quotes, and cancel or reschedule links
- Put the night on our calendar
- Get ourselves and the gear to the address
- Follow up if a payment fails or plans change
Photos
We may photograph the setup and equipment for our site and socials. Tell us before the night if you’d rather we didn’t. We won’t use close, identifiable photos of children without your okay.
Cookies
We use cookies that keep the site working — for example, staying signed in on the operator dashboard. Your browser may also keep a draft of an unfinished request until you close the tab. We don’t use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
Keeping it, and asking us to change it
We keep booking records as long as we need them to run the night, handle refunds, and keep ordinary business and tax records.
Email support@lonestar-cinema.com to update a detail, ask what we have, or ask us to delete it. We may still need to keep some records — like a payment or a completed night — after a deletion request.
Kids
This site is for the adult booking the night. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Guests under 18 can attend; the person who books is the contact.
Texas law and changes
Lone Star Cinema is based in Buda, Texas. Texas law governs this policy. If we change it, we’ll post the new version here. The version that applied when you booked is the one that counts for that night. This version is dated August 2026.
Questions? Write support@lonestar-cinema.com. Booking, payment, weather, and the night itself are in our booking terms.
