Return & Refund Policy

At Lone Star Cinema, we reserve your event date and equipment specifically for you. Because of this, our refund policy is structured to protect scheduled bookings while remaining fair and transparent.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule when requested more than 72 hours before the scheduled event time.

• Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the event are not permitted.

• Rescheduled events are non-refundable.

Weather

If unsafe weather conditions (including rain, lightning, or high winds) prevent the event from taking place, we will offer one complimentary reschedule.

If a reschedule cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be issued.

Weather-related decisions are made at the discretion of Lone Star Cinema based on safety and forecast conditions.
